Ligation & Transection of Adhesions Ligation of Vessels For BSO Closure of Vaginal Cuff after Laproscopic Hysterectomy

A QUIK-STITCH is placed distal and proximal adhesion is cut.

Ligation of utero-ovarian vessels is demonstrated.  Two QUIK-STITCH ligatures are placed and the vessels then devided between the sutures.

QUIK-STITCH is placed through the pubocervical and then the rectovagina fascia and these are approximated to close the vaginal cuff.

QUIK-STITCH is applied around the tubal structure in two locations and the tube devided between them.

Bleeder is looped while occlusion is maintained with grasper.
